To be of any use the Survey must be able to provide accurate information to answer the posed objective, the question of interest. It must be of the proper size to have enough power. It must ask the proper questions in a clear and concise way. It must not suggest the answer in the questions and do not waste effort in questions not related to the main objective. This means that the Survey must return the true answers of the population from which it was drawn.
