Leonard M. Randolph Jr.
Major General Randolph is on special assignment to the Surgeon General of the Air Force. His responsibility is to redesign "The Air Force Medical Service " with an annual budget of $4.6 billion dollars.

He presented at the Graduate School of Public Health on "the Four Pillars of Health Care in the Air Force" with a specific focus on "Prevention of Di sease".

He visited the Graduate School of Public Health to discuss possible areas of collaboration in telepreventive medicine.
