What Pitt students say . . .

Q: What should I do if everything starts piling up and I feel totally overwhelmed?

A: You can always go to the Counseling Center for help for any problem from test anxiety to help with eating disorders or depression. It’s free and the people there are really nice.

Q: Where’s the best gym on campus for female students to workout?

A: The Baierl Center has lots of female-friendly workout equipment like elliptical machines, treadmills, steppers, and bikes.  Nothing helps you deal with stress like a good workout!
