Sameer Shroff

About Me

My name is Sameer Shroff and I am a freshman in the University of Pittsburgh engineering program. I'm not sure what specific field I want to pursue, but I am thinking about mechanical engineering or bioengineering.

I am really into music: I play percussion and piano. I started taking piano lessons at an early age and the drums in school. Right now, I'm part of the Pitt Drumline. My other hobbies include ping pong, tennis, pool, and playing on my new Nintendo Wii.

Team Project: Hazelwood Initiative

"Design of means for connecting a pedestrian trail running along the ridge above the Mongahela River in Hazelwood to the existing Eliza furnace trail that runs between downtown and Schenley Park."
