Bio:

John is a senior English major and is the ace of the pitching staff.  He resided in Poland, Ohio and attended Poland Seminary High School where he was an all-conference pitcher for the Bulldogs.  John also is a varsity letter winner for the Pitt Varsity Baseball Team before he joined the club team last year.  In a win last year against Carnegie Mellon, John recorded 17 strikeouts while pitching a complete game.  After graduating from Pitt he plans on attending graduate school and working towards a PhD in English.  John is also a connoisseur of pizza buffets in the Pittsburgh area and is always available for questions about such matters.
