Seneca Gear Policy
(responsibility of chairs and members)

All tents, sleeping bags, and ground pads are to be signed out and picked up at the gear storage location to individual POC members the Thursday prior to the trip
If you intend to sign out lead climbing gear you must also sign it out by the Thursday prior to the trip. (This gear is not to be returned until the week after the trip)
- Individual members are responsible for returning this gear in the condition it was issued at the gear storage location by the Wednesday after the trip.
- All gear MUST be returned by the person it was issued to. (If you sign it out you bring it back)
- All other gear is to be signed out, transported, and returned by the officers.
The officers and chairs are responsible for signing out gear to the activity members the evening prior to the activity and retrieving it the evening after the activity.
On FRIDAY night teams for climbing, caving, and hiking will be assigned at 10pm. (You must be present to get on a climbing team or sign up for an activity)
- Gear will be signed out shortly after teams are made.
- All gear signed out by members on Friday night is to be returned between 9 – 9:30PM Saturday night. (If you sign it out you bring it back)
On SATURDAY night teams for climbing, caving, and hiking will be assigned at 10PM (You must be present to get on a climbing team or sign up for an activity)
- Gear will be signed out shortly after teams are made.
- All gear signed out by individuals Saturday night is to be returned by those individuals by the Wednesday of the following week

  * Gear can be denied to any person at any time for any reason *
