Salaam friends and Welcome to our homepage. The Iranian Student Cultural Association (formerly Indo-Iranian Student Organization) is a cultural, social, and educational organization at the University of Pittsburgh. This organization is a rebirth of previous noble endeavors by the Iranian community in Pittsburgh aimed at gathering people with a common cultural heritage and similar values. We have strived to bring Iranian students an opportunity to meet each other and gain a sense of appreciation for their own culture. Our club began as a small gathering at a little coffee shop called Kiva Haan. We decided to organize a club so that we would have a chance to gather together more often and to promote our Iranian culture in this faraway city called Pittsburgh. Our activities include students from the University of Pittsburgh, ,Community collage of Allegany, Carnegie Mellon, and Duquesne. We hope that you get in touch with us and join us at our gatherings.
