Judicial Committee
OVERVIEW
The Judicial Committee shall exercise the interpreting and adjudicating powers of the Student Government Board as outlined in the Constitution and By-Laws. The Committee shall serve as the supreme court of SGB, and handle all matters relating to a violation of the Constitution of SGB or any student organization by any persons under their jurisdiction. The committee shall also serve the role of an appellate court for Elections Code violations.
