Allocations Documents
The Student Government Board oversees the allocation of the Student Activities Fee, which is managed through the submission of the Allocations forms, found below. Please reference the Allocations Manual for information on SGB funding policies and the Allocations procedural guidelines.
Requests are processed by the Allocations Committee during their weekly meetings and may go to the Board according to the limited decision-making authority of the Committee. Due to the policies guiding the Allocations process, requests traditionally take three weeks to be reviewed; thus, please ensure that all requests are submitted in a timely fashion. Two copies of all requests must be turned into the Student Government Board Office (848 William Pitt Union) typed and signed by a representative of the student organization. All requests submitted by Wednesday at 5 pm will be reviewed the following evening at 9:15 pm - any requests submitted after that deadline will be reviewed the following week.
