ENGR 0715- Engineering Applications for Society

Rebecca Terry

About Me

My name is Rebecca Terry, and I am from Birmingham Alabama, where I attended Homewood High School. However, my family and I moved to Charlotte, North Carolina this past summer. I came to Pitt for many reasons, among them an attraction to programs and classes offered by the Honors College and a desire for a drastic change in scenery. I am, for the time being, an intended Industrial Engineering major because I like solving problems involving efficiency. When not working towards becoming an engineer, I enjoy running, although several recently developed factors involving early darkness, increasing coldness, and friends’ lazinesses, have unfortunately made such an endeavor difficult in the past few weeks.

Team Project

Our project is to develop blueprints for the building at 141 Robinson Street. We will also identify load bearing walls and possible functions for the available existing space.
