HPLC Run Cost

$65 / Run of approx. 20 mg Crude Peptide

Peptides are usually synthesized as amides and free acids at 0.025 mmole, 0.05 mmole, 0.1 mmole, 0.2 mmole, or 0.5 mmole scale with Fmoc chemistry using PAL-PEG-PS resin and preloaded Wang resin respectively. The purity of the product can be checked from the analytical HPLC profile and confirmed by Mass Spectrometry.

If the entire product is subject to HPLC purification (95% + purity) the cost will be doubled. We also offer HPLC purification at $65.00 each run. (ie. we will HPLC purify ~20 mg of your crude peptide to obtain 95% + purity for $65.00 / run. ) Peptides are also available as C-terminal Carboxy form upon the customers request

 

Additional services such as dye conjugation ( FITC, 6-CF, Alexa 400, Rhodamine etc. ), biotinylation, phosphorylation, acetylation , cyclization (by sulfhydryl bridge) and orthogonal modifications of the peptide are also available at additional cost.
