Environmental Studies is.. an interdisciplinary academic program that explores the relationships between humankind and its environment. Because the "environment" is complex and actually made up of many different environments, including natural, constructed and cultural environments, Environmental Studies, as an interdisciplinary program, relies upon and fundamentally integrates the bodies of knowledge of the natural sciences, the social sciences, and the arts and humanities. |
