To All University of Pittsburgh Students:

The start of course registration for the 2005 fall term will witness the implementation of that process using the new PeopleSoft student system. For now, the registration process and procedures haven't changed. However, this new student system, which is entirely web-based, will ultimately provide much more access and many self-service options to students, as new features are implemented over the coming months.

While students will be registered for the fall term using the new student system, they will also be registered for the summer term using the current system (ISIS). Given this one-time need to register students in two different systems, coupled with staff and advisors using a new system for the first time, registration may take a little longer than your past experience with this process, so please be patient as we begin a new era in student service.
