Software

FIRST: Software for Protein Flexibility Analysis

The FIRST ( Floppy Inclusions & Rigid Substructure Topography) software was developed during my doctoral  research as a venture between the research groups of Mike Thorpe and Leslie Kuhn at Michigan State University.  This program may be accessed online at firstweb. and is able to predict the rigid and flexible regions for protein structures in PDB format.
