The Technology Commercialization Alliance is just that -- an alliance of Resource Partners from throughout the university, all coming together to provide entrepreneurial support, education and outreach to Pitt innovators in their development of commercial innovation. It's the place to begin when it comes to commercial innovation at Pitt.

» If you're a member of Pitt's faculty, staff or student body…with an idea which you think is novel and commercially viable, the TCA will tell you what you need to begin the process, what to expect in your commercialization journey, and where to go for help with intellectual property protection, market research, prototyping, business planning and licensing, among a host of other services.

You also will find educational opportunities in entrepreneurship, business management and the business of commercialization, as well as opportunities to collaborate in multi-disciplinary research and development initiatives that bring together faculty and industry.
