Skip the Spaghetti-Os and leave the Easy Mac in the box! Learn to make pasta dinners like a true professional!

Join the Pitt Program Council at Crate Cooking School in Greentree and learn to make: homemade mac and cheese with béchamel sauce and your favorite cheese, pasta with hand-made meat balls, Greek pasta salad, and Alfredo pasta!

The best part of this event is that not only are you learning to cook four dishes but you are able to eat the dishes you make! This hands-on class will be taught by a professional chef, Rose Barker.

The class will take place on Sunday, November 8th, 2009 from 12:00 -2:30 PM. The cost of the class is $15.00; this fee covers all materials for the four pasta dishes as well as transportation to and from Pitt to the Crate Cooking School.

The bus will depart outside of the WPU cooking school at 11:30 AM.

Space is limited to only 18 students so sign up now at the Pitt Program Council ticket window in the William Pitt Union. Check or money orders only are accepted.
