The performing act must be at least 50% Pitt Oakland students to be elibible to participate.

Sign ups start Feb 6 at 10 am in the Pitt Program Council office (M30 WPU) and end on Feb 23 at 4pm.

**There will be enough time for 15 groups to perform and then we'll also accept 2 alternative groups incase on of the others drops out. They must let us know by Feb 20th if they will not be able to perform. Each group will get 10 mins to perform and there will be 3 judges to decide the winner. Two alts will be picked incase the winning group is unable to perform. You should get to Nordy's at 9pm if you want a sound check and 9:30 if you don't. All sound equipment will be provided.***
