Fall Fitness Classes

Price: $30 for Pitt Undergrad non CGS,

$105 for non-Pitt Students

Feel the burn this fall and avoid the Freshman 15 with Pitt Program Council for their Fall Fitness Classes! Come enroll in one or all of the classes taught by experienced instructors.

Kung Fu Survey: Monday/Wednesday 6:00-7:00 pm

Come learn a variety of martial arts skills. This class will allow you to explore multiple areas including; Ying Jow and Baiyuan Tongbei. Kung Fu will improve flexibility, balance, and self-defense skills. Beginners welcome and encouraged!

SOLD OUT! Yoga: Monday/Wednesday 7:30-8:30pm

A mixed level class that will help you improve strength, flexibility and balance, while focusing on safe alignment and deep breathing. Yoga will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! Beginners welcome and encouraged!

SOLD OUT! Zumba: Monday/Wednesday 8:45-9:45 pm

Ditch the workout and come join the party! Zumba uses Latin rhythms and simple moves to tone and sculpt your body while burning calories. Add some Latin flavor to your fall schedule. All skill levels welcome!

SOLD OUT! Cardio Kickboxing: Tuesday/Thursday 7:30-8:30 pm

A combination of aerobics, boxing, and martial arts provides an intense workout to improve balance, coordination, strength, aerobic fitness, and flexibility. Movement will be coordinated with current music hits. Come get energized! All skill levels welcome!

$30.00 for Pitt undergrad, non-CGS students $105.00 for non-Pitt students

Classes filled on a first come, first served basis. There are only 25 spots open per class so sign up soon! Sign up starting Sept. 8 in M-30 of the William Pitt Union. Check or Money Order ONLY.
