The final film in Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy, The Dark Knight Rises was the second-highest grossing film of 2012 and received high critical acclaim. Parts of the movie were filmed right here in Pittsburgh, featuring Heinz Field (as seen in the above picture) and even Mayor Ravenstahl as a football player!
