Eric Weisstein's World of Mathematics- a FANTASTIC on-line mathematics encyclopedia
MathPower--The site is a mixture of sound, humor,and animation with lots of help for the "math anxious" student.  It includes tutorial lessons authored by students for students, study skills tips and learning style information. It addresses the emotional needs besides the skills needs of math students of all ages.
Statistical Resources--This site is a meta-index to statistical web sites and individual statistical publications arranged by broad subject category from the University of Michigan Documents Center.
