Teacher needs (training and technical support) must come first
Too many schools put computers in the hands of the students and then magically
expect the teachers to take advantage of the situation in the classroom.
Teachers should be the first to receive hardware and software systems and should
be the first to receive on-going training in the effective use of these systems for teaching
and learning.
