Vocabulary Is Fun-This website is great for elementary students that do not like learning vocabulary. There are crossword puzzles, hangman, and many other fun games to get students involved in learning while having fun.
Web Style Guide--The entire book is online and it goes from planning to interface design, to site design, to page design, and includes sections on typography, editorial style, graphics, multimedia, and, most important, Universal Design.

Using the computer in the One-Computer Classroom

The following links, provided by Dr. John Thompson of Buffalo State College, discuss the issue of how best to integrate the computer into the One-Computer Classroom.  They are ranked by revision date, on the assumption that the more recent the activity on a website, the more reliable or credible the ideas expressed.  Older sites may well have useful information, but sites that do not appear to have been updated for several years will inevitably have a higher number of unreliable or broken links and have thus been omitted from the culled list below.  The full list of resources provided by Dr. Thompson may be found in the EDTECH archives at http://www.h-net.msu.edu/
