About Me:

I am a doctoral candidate in History and Philosohpy of Science at the University of Pittsburgh.

My research is concerned primarily with the history of late scholastic, renaissance, and early modern natural philosophy, science, and medicine.  I also work on ancient philosophy and science and have interests in general philosophy of science.

I enjoy  teaching a broad range of topics in the history of philosophy (ancient, medieval, and early modern), with a special emphasis on the interplay between philosophy, science, and theology.

I am a co-organizer of the Medicine, Philosophy and the 'Scientific Revolution' initiative hosted here at Pitt.
