I received a B.A. in Psychology and a B.A. in English from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania, and an M.A. in Linguistics and Cognitive Science from the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware. I am interested in second language acquisition in both children and adults, in particular, how the first language affects the second language (and vice versa). I am also interested in examining the neural basis of multilingualism.
