PLU General Meeting with Donuts

Mostly discussed social events ideas, got a lot of ideas from the crowd:

Pumpkin carving at school, hay ride, Kennywood, theater, Dave and Buster’s, future Garden Grove, free activities on October 5^th on the north side: kayaking, national aviary.

Looking into getting a van from the school for activities.

Put the idea out for a social events committee.

Holiday party is going to be catered, there was no opposition to this.

Jessica Sarver distributed information about Jubilee Soup kitchen, and GSO and Chem Dept travel grants

Going to follow up with George about doing service projects with the ACS-SA. 

Will be posting polls of social events, service events on facebook.

Awarded the gift certificate to Fuel and Fuddle to the winner of the questionnaire thing.
