Grady has been doing well. Progress is still slow and small but there is still progress! Grady now is pretty good at being content in his wheelchair and is doing well at most positions except for sidelying. He now actually seems to like spending some time on his stomach which I never would have believed possible. Grady has his ups and downs with consistency and is fairly responsive (given his physical limitations) to requests. His problems with dystonia and seizures have been the biggest medical issues with digestive problems being secondary. Dystonia has been the biggest source of discomfort and outright pain for him but last year be began taking artane and it has helped tremendously. He went from crying most of the time to crying infrequently and to actual progress at school.
