The Pittsburgh International Airport is 22 miles from the University of Pittsburgh. The Pittsburgh Port Authority runs the convenient 28X bus route from the airport. The 28X departs every 20 minutes and the fare is $3.25. The route goes through downtown Pittsburgh to U Pitt, taking about an hour. Take the bus to the Fifth and Bigelow, which is directly next to the Cathedral of Learning. You can't miss it.
