Since 2002, the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health and the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute have jointly run a triennial symposium on the prevention, detection and treatment ovarian cancer. The director of the symposia is Dr. Francesmary Modugno, MPH, PhD.
