Take your senior SAT or ACT. Consider visiting your top two or three college choices again, even if you did so in the summer, because a campus full of students feels a lot different from one that is close to vacant. When visiting for the second time, make sure to attend a class, meet with a professor, stay overnight in a residence hall, or talk to a coach, i.e., learn about the things that are important to you. December - JuneIf you wish to be considered for the School of Medicine freshman guarantee program, be sure to have your complete admissions application in the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid by December 15. If you wish to be considered for scholarships, submit your application before the January 15 deadline. Apply for need-based financial aid by submitting the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) before the preferred filing date of March 1. Attend the Day for Admitted Students in March. Pay your enrollment deposit on or before May 1. Submit your completed housing contract (check the date provided on the contract). Sign up for a summer PittStart session.
