AWP: The Associated Writing Programs -- Begun in 1967, AWP supports over 21,000 writers at over 320 member colleges and universities and 60 writers' conferences and centers. 
AWP's The Writer's Chronicle & Links -- Listing small presses and magazines plus the Chronicle's own links to current and back issues featuring "Essays, Interviews, Articles, Inspiration." 
Poets & Writers -- For the past 30 years, Poets & Writers, Inc. has focused on the source of literature by providing support and exposure to writers at all stages of development.
The Poets House -- Poets House is a literary center and poetry archive - a Collection and meeting place that invites poets and the public to step into the living tradition of poetry. 

Online "Partner" Magazines (Shared links)
The Hornacle -- Writing Ideas Into Art. Non-profit online bi-monthly publication designed to promote the existence of naturalized ideas in contemporary American writing. 
Dana Awards -- Monetary encouragement for work in poetry or fiction that has not yet been recognized, so all work should be unawarded, unpublished, and not under promise of award or publication. 

Other Online and Print Magazines of Interest
Collision -- Created by undergraduate students at the University of Pittsburgh in the Spring of 2001, and publishes student works of nonfiction prose, poetry and art.
Creative Nonfiction -- The journal devoted exclusively to the creative nonfiction genre. 
Brevity: a Journal of Concise Literary Nonfiction -- Brevity publishes extremely brief literary nonfiction, focusing on detail and scene over analysis and opinion. 
The Adirondack Review -- The Adirondack Review is an on-line literary journal dedicated to publishing quality poetry, fiction, artwork, and photography.
