If you are a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing, Nurse Anesthesia Program from 1991 to present:

Official graduate transcripts are obtained directly from the University Office of the Registrar.

If you need a "Verification of Program Graduation" form signed, or a copy of your AANA transcript (with case record information), contact the program as below.  There is no fee at this time.

If you are a graduate of the University Health Center of Pittsburgh (UHCP) School of Anesthesia for Nurses from 1972 until the last graduating class in 1990, or the St. Francis/LaRoche Anesthesia Program you can obtain a transcript as follows:

Provide the following information:  

  • Name (you MUST include your name when enrolled in the program if it is different)
  • Year of Graduation

  • Address of where you want the transcript sent

  • Please note that we do not have complete files - if your transcript is not available from us, you must contact the AANA.

You can also obtain a transcript from the AANA.  They maintain transcripts for all graduates, including those from programs that have closed.

If you are a graduate of the Presbyterian or Montefiore Hospital Program (prior to the merger to the UHCP program in 1972,  we MAY have your transcript but some of those files were lost during the many program transitions.  You can contact us as above or request your  transcript directly from the AANA.
If you are a graduate of the Shadyside School of Anesthesia, we do not maintain those records.  Contact Shadyside Hospital Department of Anesthesia for more information.
