All quizzes will be "Open Book and Notes"; a prepared sheet is recommended, because you won't have a lot of time to search for needed information. In general, memorization of lengthy formulas is not necessary for this course; you should know where to find them for quizzes, and have them on your prepared notes for exams.
Midterm 1, Mon.Feb.16 covers Chs. 1-6
One 2-sided sheet of notes permitted.
Midterm 2, Fri. Apr.3, covers Chs. 7-11 (t but not F)
Two 2-sided sheet of notes permitted.
Final, cumulative on all covered material

Note: March 6 is the last day for monitored withdrawal. If you are failing, seriously consider withdrawing by this date to avoid getting an "F". The University prohibits assigning a "G" grade to a student who is failing.

*Recitations meet in Stat Lab CL G26 the following weeks: Jan.6-9, Feb.17-20, Apr.7-10, Apr.14-17. Minitab Makeup If you missed the Minitab Intro Jan.6-9, see your TA in office hours Jan. 13-16 to make up the intro. Otherwise, there are no recitations Jan.13-16.
