PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Poster Presentations:

We have 40" by 60" foam-core poster boards available for display of your poster. Thumbtacks will be provided. Poster boards are set up on tables distributed throughout the Blackington Hall lobby. We advise presenters to register and put your poster up on display before 10:30 when the conference begins.

Oral Paper Presentations:

You will have 15 minutes allotted for your talk. We suggest you estimate about 12 minutes for your presentation and 3 minutes to take questions. A computer and projector for showing Powerpoint are available in our auditorium. We suggest you bring your Powerpoint file with you on a flash drive and play the file from the drive.
