The purpose of the MSRC Summer Research Program is to expose students to orthopaedic research so that they may augment their class work with practical, hands-on experience. Each summer, the MSRC welcomes 4-5 undergraduate students from a variety of schools for a 12 week experience. During their time with us, each student is responsible for a specific project that is vital to their respective research group. At the end of the summer, students write an abstract that is published in our annual report and present their work at the MSRC Summer Research Program Annual Symposium. This twelve-week program begins in May and runs through August.
