Late Registration & Cancellation:

To register after January 9, 2010, please call Ms. Bell CHUNG (852-2635-9944) or Ms. Mandy HUI (852-2144-5016) for space availability.  In case of cancellation, a refund minus USD$50 fee will be made if cancelled by January 4, 2010.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER January 4, 2010.  All refund requests must be in writing.
