| The President is the presiding officer at all meetings and serves as the head delegate at competitions. The president is responsible for creating an agenda for the general club meeting as well as the Executive Board meetings. Additionally, the president is responsible for representing the club in relation to the University of Pittsburgh as a whole. The president may hold no other office in the club. |

| The Secretary General of the high school conference is responsible for working with the University of Pittsburgh for International Studies (UCIS) in planning for and executing the University of Pittsburgh High School Model United Nations Conference. The Secretary General may choose a deputy but this individual is not a club officer.

| The Business Manager is responsible for preparing the annual budget and supplemental budget requests. Additionally, the business manager is responsible for process all club business involving these budget items, such as business travel advances and disbursements. The business manger is responsible for attending appropriate budget hearing relating to club business.

| The Secretary is responsible of sending out weekly e-mails about the past and future events to the club members. The secretary is also in charge of inviting members to social events. Additionally, the secretary is in charge of the club's annual T-shirt sales.
