RE:	MERCY HEALTH CENTER PHARMACY "FREE CARE"
Two years ago, the Mercy Health Center Pharmacy instituted a

program, which replaced the previous free prescription drug

service. There are now two categories of support that are offered

at the Mercy Health Center Pharmacy:
1) Hospital level Yellow: Patient is responsible for a

co-pay of $5.00-$30.00 depending on patient's income and family

size.
2) Hospital level Red: Patient is responsible for the hospital's

cost of the drug.
Please be aware of the above structure of the Mercy Health Center

Pharmacy "Freecare" program when discharging patients to have

their prescriptions filled. If there are any questions, please do

not hesitate to contact either of us.
