This book, a present for the 65th birthday of Karl D. Uitti, our Ph.D. advisor at Princeton University, contains a bibliography of his publications, a biographical sketch prepared by Peter F. Dembowski, and seventeen essays by his former students. These deal with medieval epic, lyric, and romance literature, hagiography, miracle collections, and Romance philology.
