| The focus Therapy should be on the underlying disorder. The Anemia itself is rarely an important clinical problem except there is insufficient dietary supply of iron ,folic, acid and B12. Or incase of acute bleeding or hemolysis. In this case concurrent transfusion and/or iron supplement is necessary. Iron alone does not correct many type of anemia and is not the appropriate treatment. |
