Mojocoya y Grey Ware: Interacción espacial e intercambio entre la Amazonía, Chaco y Andes (0 al 600 DC)

edited by David M Pereira Herrera and Donald L. Brockington

Three articles on the precolumbian styles and traditions of southeastern Cochabamba, known as Mojocoya (0-600 AD) and Grey Ware (50-150 AD). These are local expressions with their respective variants that had strong links with both Amazonia and Chaco. They have been dated for the first time and are presented in this work within the archaeological chronology of Bolivia. The peoples beyond the Altiplano and valleys of Bolivia produced a complex human geography that reflects a past multiculturality, a characteristic of present-day Bolivian population as well. Contains color photographs and drawings, as well as black and white line drawings and photos. In Spanish.
