Latin American Archaeology Publications Latin American Archaeology Publications, housed in the Department of Anthropology at the University of Pittsburgh, publishes primary reports on archaeological research in Latin America and distributes hard-to-find books and journals on archaeology published in Latin America and elsewhere. Three series of volumes are published: Memoirs in Latin American Archaeology, Latin American Archaeology Reports, and Arqueología de México. All volumes have complete text in English and Spanish, and many are complemented by comprehensive datasets available online in the Latin American Archaeology Database. Most are co-published by an entity in the country in Latin America where the research was carried out. Inquiries from prospective authors are welcome.
