Host: Hello and welcome to The Daily Dose. Our first guest for today's show is a young girl who is making millions off of her recent video game. She has programmed a game or toy similar to a giga pet. It is named the Brad bud. You take care of it and your Brad bud takes care of you too. He is your electronic friend and you can design him to be compatible for you. Please join me in welcoming our young but new shinning star, Alice.

Host: Hi Alice, and welcome.

Alice: Hi Tony it's a pleasure to be here today. Thank you so much for having me.

Host: Of course, we are extremely interested in your success and your story here at the Daily Dose. So tell us a little bit about your work.

Alice: Well I recently programmed a game or I suppose it is more of an electronic friend. It is a personable and individual electronic character that you design to be your companion. You must interact with him or her like you would a normal friend. You give them advice, and they help you as well in times of need. Most importantly they are your lifelong friend and age with you. As you grow your Brad bud does as well. And if you don't pay enough attention to them, to the details and specifics of your friends life, than they will leave you and find "new friends."

Host: Wow, well this is pretty impressive for someone of your age. How did you come up with this idea? And did you know it would be such a hit?

Alice: Well to be honest I was inspired from my own adventures. I have my own Brad bud, his name is actually Brad-which is where the game's name came from. When I would travel with my parents he would always entertain me and keep me company. It was always hard being an only child with them always busy with work and their own friends. So I thought it would be good to make up my own friend. And I created it for other kids because I think there are a lot of lonely only children out there. And like you, your friend ages and matures and experiences everything that you do, and more importantly they do all of it with you-in your pocket, by your side always.
