Since 2010, this restaurant has offered Ethiopian food on Tuesday nights. It's prepared by Richard Witting, a native Vermonter and a chef, with the help of Bethelehem Tessema, an Ethiopian woman who makes the injera, and who also cooks a dish of her own and sometimes even makes t'ej.
