Growth of Resources and the PPF
If resources grow, e.g. more capital, labor then so will the production possibilities of the economy.
The PPF will shift out, to the right.
An expansion in capital resources and technology requires that we allocate some of our income to savings and investments in human capital, e.g. a college education.
