Dear Friends:
It is one month before ISL&T-IV and the response has been overwhelming. As of today, we have 140 registrants and we look forward to a great meeting.
On the other hand, if you were still planning to register, we apologize but we are unable to accept you for this year's meeting due to space limitations. Also, kindly note that there will be no on-site registration available for this meeting.
Should any of you not attending the meeting be interested in the proceedings of ISL&T-IV, they will be available by March 5, 2004, at a cost of US$30.00 per copy. Please inquire by email to islt@pitt.edu
