Welcome to the website for Pittsburgh Unicorn Rides. We are the premier stop for anyone interested in riding a unicorn. For those of you who do not know, unicorns provide one of the greatest thrills for people of all ages. Unicorns may look like mere horses with horns, but their superiority can be instantly noticed by anyone who rides with us.

Although unicorn blood is fabled to have mystical healing powers, Pittsbugrh Unicorn Rides is a cruelty-free unicorn ranch. Our unicorns are not only free-range, but they have the best unicorn veterinarian in the world, Jonas Shoecsdaburg, on call 24/7.

We are located in rural Ford City, PA, near the Crooked Creek Lake Horse Ranch. We are open everyday from 10AM-5PM. The company is run solely by just two of us - Andrew Thornburg and Hilary Penigar

We got our start breeding and raising unicorns when we were just children. Both Andrew and Hilary have unicorn love in their blood. Andrew's grandmother, lovingly known as "Nunu", used to work as a stablemaid for a unicorn ranch in the old country. One day, she climbed her way to the top of the ranch (literally)and demanded that she become the head of the unicorn ranch. Nunu was a pretty tough broad, so they let her have it. Ever since, the Thornburgs have been raising unicorns in the old country, and now, luckily for us, Andrew has brought the family business to the United States!

When Hilary was younger, she thought that unicorns were just mythical animals. Something fake, like evolution. But now, in her ripe old age of nineteen, she realizes that unicorns are real. As an avid fan of the band the Unicorns, a wearer of unicorn charm bracelets, and the co-owner of the Pittsburgh Unicorn riding company, Hilary lives, breathes, and does not eat unicorns.
