The Spring meeting of the Pittsburgh-Cleveland Catalysis Society will take place on June 8th and 9th at the Nittany Lion Inn on campus at Penn State University.

This year, the spring meeting will have an new and extended format:  
The symposium will begin with registration and a student poster session at 5:30 pm on Sunday, June 8th, followed by dinner and a keynote presentation by Aleksey Yezerets of Cummins Inc titled “Catalysis for Clean Diesel Power”.
The agenda for Monday, June 9th will be mainly student/post-doc presentations, with a keynote presentation by Ray Schaak of the PSU Chemistry department. 

During the meeting, we will also elect a new board of officers for the 08-09 year. If you would like to nominate yourself or a colleague, or would like further information regarding the role of individual offices, please email any current PCCS officer. 

Please share information about our meeting with your friends and colleagues who have an interest in catalysis, surface chemistry and related fields. And, as always, financial support from our industrial members is greatly appreciated! Please contact Margaret Nasta if your company can make a contribution of any size. The continued success of our society depends on our ability to attract new members. If you have not attended a meeting recently, consider joining us for what promises to be an interesting two days.
