By using this Post meeting Reaction Form you get everyone's opinion on how the meetings are been run.  It gives the members of the group who do not always get to speak out in a meeting, a forum to react to any problems that the group might be about to face.  This reaction form also gives valuable information to the groups leader, because after all without the proper leadership a group will go no where.  The leader can look at this sheet and get an idea of group morale, and if there is a problem in the group he may be able to address it before it gets out of control.  This may although a group to focus on the job at hand.

This meeting appraisal form is also a great tool to evaluate a meeting.  This evaluation sheet allows more opportunity for the group members to give their own personal view.  This can work either for the good or the bad, members that are out going may right down some helpful suggestions, but many members might not put down any comment at all.  If you are a leader or a group member trying to intact this appraisal form make sure you set some kind of rule that every member must comment on every question.
