Agendas

Whether you are having a formal or informal meeting, the best way to
get the most out of your meeting is to have a carefully planned agenda.
An agenda will allow you to budget your time most efficiently, keep things
moving in a coherent order, and also let all members of a meeting know
what to expect out of the meeting.

Here are some things to keep in mind when creating an agenda:

8:00 am     Guests arrive and report to Room 411 to sign in
                  and coffee & donuts will be served

8:30 am     After registration, Dr Kolac will give welcome and
                  introduction

9:15 am     On site tour given by Bruce Deerfield, head of
                  research

11:00 am    Catered lunch will be provided by group in Room
                  121-C

12:00 pm    Demonstration of Cray Supercomputer given by
                  Dr. Shala LeDonne, head of computing

1:00 pm     Short Q&A session with Dr. LeDonne

1:30 pm      Coffee Break

2:00 pm      Dr David Nicholas will propose new project in Room
                   240

3:00 pm       Q&A with Dr Nicholas

3:30 pm      Board members will adjourn to Room 411 to vote on
                   budgeting new project
                   (Refreshments will be served)

4:30 pm       Board members return to Room 240 to announce
                    decision

5:00 pm       Closing
