you are having a formal or informal meeting, the best way to

the most out of your meeting is to have a carefully planned agenda.
An
agenda will allow you to budget your time most efficiently, keep things
moving
in a coherent order, and also let all members of a meeting know
what
to expect out of the meeting.

are some things to keep in mind when creating an agenda:
