I. Approval of Minutes
I attach the minutes of the meeting on November 19, 2002.

II. Academic Integrity
 Dean Steve Phillips will present some new issues in the handling of breaches of academic  integrity and some suggestions on how programs can educate their students about these issues.

III. Annual Review of Off-Campus Programs
 This item is held over from the October agenda.  I attached with the agenda of that meeting the  annual review of the report of graduate programs offered on the Johnstown campus and a table  showing the numbers of off-campus and distance education programs at the graduate level.   No  action is required.

IV. Proposal to Establish a Masters and Ph.D. Program in Hispanic Linguistics
 I have sent or am sending you a copy of the proposal submitted by the Faculty of Arts and  Sciences to establish a program in Hispanic Linguistics, within the Department of Linguistics,  leading to the Master of Arts and Ph.D. degrees.  This program was previously offered as a track  in the Master of Arts and Ph.D. degree program in Hispanic Languages and Literatures.   Professors Susan Berk-Seligson and Alan Juffs will attend the meeting at 4:00 PM to answer  questions.
